One Saturday a month, 6-8pm @ Surrey Resort in Guerneville | $50
Join us hearthside in Surrey Resort’s grand gathering hall, surrounded by candlelight and sacred altars, for a ceremony of nourishing, self-honoring practices—intentional grounding and attunement; somatic awareness and release; guiding pranayama (breathwork); and a mindful, all-levels yoga sequence—-all enriched by the healing sounds of chakra-aligning crystal bowls. A long, luxurious Savasana includes Reiki energy enhancements, multi-instrumental sound bath, and guided meditation/Yoga Nidra. Each ceremony closes with a tea ritual.
