On the first Monday of each month, near the full moon, gather in sisterhood from the comfort of your own home, hearth, or altar for this interactive and introspective practice. Each gathering opens with a focused meditation and sharing circle which melts into a juicy and intentional yoga practice, ending with a post-savasana ritual. Give voice to your practice, open your heart to community, and foster shared healing.

A gentle chair-or mat-based practice, focused on mindful breathing, self-connection, focus, and conscious movement designed for strength, energy, flexibility, balance and mobility.
All bodies and levels welcome. You do not need to be a senior to join this lively group.
Space limited, get there early!

A conscious vinyasa class accessible to all levels and all bodies. Bring more stillness to the mind, cultivate more mind-body awareness, build strength, promote balance, and increase flexibility while building the flow of energy through sustainable breathing practices, safe exploration of poses, and mindful transitions.
