Greet the day and get over the midweek hump with this conscious vinyasa class accessible to all levels and all bodies. Bring more stillness to the mind, cultivate more mind-body awareness, build strength, promote balance, and increase flexibility while building the flow of energy through sustainable breathing practices, safe exploration of poses, and mindful transitions.
Enjoy this mindful, moderately-paced vinyasa class designed to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance, and stamina. All levels are welcomed and accommodated, though some yoga experience might be helpful. All students are encouraged to rest and support or modify poses as needed for their comfort and safety. Instruction on adaptations provided.

Each hour will include conscious breath work, gentle movement, and an extended savasana/meditation.
