Activate your natural healing processes and rejuvenate your well being with this 60-minute Intuitive Usui Reiki session. In-person and online sessions available. 1 session | $100 3 sessions | $270 I am attuned in the Intuitive Usui Reiki tradition discovered in Japan during the early 1900s by Mikao Usui, who studied and developed it as a hands-on, energy healing art that promotes peace, happiness, and health at every level of our being. Reiki itself is a universal energy (chi, prana, creative source, vital force) that gives life to all things — it exists in you, me, and everything else on earth. It is the innate power that makes the bees buzz, the flowers bloom, and coral reefs breathe. This is the same energy that gives us our humanness—all equal workings of earth, fire, water, air, space. We are all connected to it and by it, so that the force which flows through me also flows through you and everything else of this earth. Yes, the force is indeed with us. And we can channel and share that force to the benefit of our wellbeing. My application of Reiki is offered as ceremony, based on your intention and desire, and includes a combination of guided breath, meditation, and other ritualistic practices. I bring awareness to the chakras and energy pathways, and do hovering and hands-on healing work as I evoke and channel our collective life force. With presence and intention, we share this energy, amplifying intentions and healing capacities and providing restorative power to our individual and collective wellbeing. I often use sonic drivers—singing bowls, rattles, drums—to open up pathways, clear the auric shield, or induce a meditative state. I also use various oracle decks, crystals, and essential oils to inform and complement our session. I open up to what your intentions and energetic body guide me to attend to at the time, along with the intention you set. I begin channeling Reiki with you in mind before we meet, sending journal prompts and intention-setting guidance in preparation. Each session also includes a specially curated prayer bundle to take with you so you can continue your self-inquiry and healing ritual beyond our time.
